With our "Control Unit 1," we are offering a turnkey inspection cell for the first time. This includes up to 2 measuring heads, both in horizontal and vertical orientations.

In addition to the ergonomic control unit, the necessary electronics for the trouble-free operation of the entire system are neatly housed in the lower part of the machine casing.

Besides standalone operation, the establishment of Profinet communication with other systems is optionally possible.

Special features and characteristics:
The system is pre-calibrated and delivered with a calibration certificate.

Reliable measurements up to 30m/min belt speed.

Insensitive to ambient light.

Short exposure time: 0.1 ms.

Measurement accuracy: ±1.2 μm and better (depending on the measuring head).

Reproducibility: ±0.1 μm.

Large depth of field measurement range: 20mm.

Contour check for intuitive inspection of complex shapes. In addition to traditional dimension measurements such as distance and parallelism, the contour comparison tool compares the surface of the measurement object at different points with a reference image to identify defects.

This tool allows for easy verification of complex shapes that are otherwise difficult to analyze, such as complicated punch geometries.
